We’ll kick off with an initial call to get to know each other and discuss your project in detail. Prior to the call I will ask you to fill in a little question form about your project to understand your vision and determine the best approach to achieve your goals. We’ll also go over payment methods, contract terms, and ensure that we’re a good fit for working together—no pressure at this stage.

After our call, I’ll take a day or two to create a moodboard and explore 3-5 visual directions and ideas. I’ll present you with rough sketches and these concepts to get your feedback and will ask you to settle with two most preferred directions.

At this stage, I’ll request a 50% deposit (details will be in the contract). We’ll finalise the moodboard, refine our ideas. We’ll ensure we’re aligned on the direction and make any necessary adjustments to the concept.

I’ll begin developing the chosen concept. You can choose how involved you want to be—whether you prefer regular updates or would like me to surprise you with the near-final design.

I’ll present you with the near-final design. We’ll discuss any final tweaks and revisions needed before completing the project. I offer one round of revisions at no extra charge. Additional changes beyond this may incur extra fees, which will be detailed in the contract.

You’ll receive the final project files in all required formats.
